Hi My name is Jai Thompson, USN Veteran, Real Estate Investor, I specialize in short-term single family lease purchases. Specifically, I have a lease purchase program Leasing To Buy that works a list of lease purchase buyers that would like to own a home but cannot currently qualified for a mortgage. My team and I will identify exactly what it is that is preventing the buyer from being able to obtain financing and advise them on the on the problem and help fix the problem during the lease period.
